Is setting targets important?
Not everyone sets targets but as time goes on I have learnt to monthly and annual targets.
They tend to be fairly basic and most of them are generally easily obtainable. So they will be to ensure that my clients obtain a certain amount of introductions for my clients, complete so many blogs and social media entries.
